This year, Kudos Blends is celebrating a major milestone for Matt Norris – 10 years with the company!
Over the past decade, Matt has taken on a wide range of roles across the business. Starting as a Production Operative, he progressed to Team Leader, then Operations Support, before undertaking his current role as Manufacturing Expert. Matt’s breadth of knowledge and years of experience in baking powder manufacturing are truly invaluable.
Matt is known for his bubbly, mischievous personality and brings great energy to the team, always ready to lend a hand. His professionalism, combined with a strong focus on safety and productivity, has made him an integral part of the company’s operations.
Our managing director Dinnie Jordan describes Matt as “a genuine key asset to the company; it’s hard to imagine Kudos Blends without him.”
This milestone comes following a special year, when Kudos Blends also celebrated its 25th anniversary. Matt joins Matt Ayres, Rees Pritchard, and Ash Walton as some of the company’s longest-serving team members, reflecting the dedication and loyalty that have helped build the business over the past quarter-century.
