Kudos Blends is celebrating a fantastic milestone, with three of our production team reaching 10 years with us in the past six months!
Matt Norris, Rees Pritchard and Ash Walford have each made a huge contribution over the years, bringing dedication, versatility and a brilliant team spirit to everything they do. Between them, they’ve worked across almost every part of production – from blending and milling to troubleshooting and operational support – always with a positive attitude and a willingness to get stuck in.
Managing Director Dinnie Jordan summed it up perfectly: “When you find people who genuinely care about what they do, you hold onto them – we’re lucky to have them.”
They join Matt Ayres, Head of Product Innovation, who marked his 10 year milestone in 2024 – a real testament to the loyalty and people behind Kudos Blends’ success.
