At Kudos Blends, we’re committed to helping our team develop and progress in their careers. Recently, we recognised real potential in two of our production operatives, Danny Francis and Marvin Read, and supported them in training to become qualified forklift truck operators.
Over the course of a full five‑day novice programme delivered on-site by Transport Training Services UK Ltd, they covered all the essential legal requirements, gained extensive hands‑on driving experience, and successfully completed both theory and practical assessments. This ensures they can operate a forklift truck safely, confidently, and to a high standard.
Their achievement brings our total number of fully qualified forklift truck operators to 16, with an impressive 13 trained directly here at Kudos Blends. Strengthening our in-house capability helps us maintain a safer working environment while keeping our production running smoothly and efficiently.
This is a great example of our continued investment in developing skills within our team and supporting employees’ career development.
