Dustin has carved a niche in the ingredients industry through adaptability and a pioneering spirit. With a decade of experience working with bakeries throughout North America, he has successfully navigated diverse markets, geographies, and products, focusing on customer-specific challenges, and delivering tailored solutions. Beginning his career in ingredients sales in 2014, Dustin has been responsible for developing new territories and introducing new brands & products to emerging markets, holding roles ranging from business development to VP sales positions.

For Dustin, an ideal relationship with a customer is transparent and trusting—values that he earns diligently. Acting as the primary communication channel between Kudos Blends and its customers, Dustin ensures mutual needs are met and ideal solutions are achieved. He takes pride in helping to introduce manufacturers to new and innovative ways they can overcome challenges that may not have been available to them before.

Collaborating with multinational brands and regional independent bakeries alike; Dustin’s expertise spans the baking industry. Outside work, he is passionate about playing music, gaming, walking his dog and learning new skills or ideas.

Aiming to be a catalyst for Kudos Blends and ZEUS™ success in North America, Dustin continuously pursues professional development through audiobooks, online courses, and industry seminars.
