On 1-3 March 2015, Kudos will once again be attending and exhibiting at the American Society of Baking’s annual conference, BakingTech2015. This year, at the new venue – Hilton Chicago, the Kudos team will be joined by our North American distributor, Brenntag North America. Brenntag will be accompanying the Kudos team on the Sunday and Monday of the conference to establish relationships with our key contacts within the baking industry and provide a point of contact for supply of our products within the US.
Attendees will be able to find out about the options for bakers to produce healthier baked goods, which include reducing sodium, increasing potassium and removing aluminium with technically driven leavening agents, between 4.00-6.00pm in the MarketPlace across the three days.
