Kudos Blends is pleased to announce the completion of a new site project to improve our quality control (QC) measures, with the creation of a dedicated product testing facility adjacent to our factory.
A key step to guarantee consistency in our leavening agents is through a stringent quality control process, which ensures our customers consistently receive products of the same high standards with every delivery.
The installation of this new facility will not only bring the testing and production areas closer together but also extend our testing hours by 6 hours from 6 am to 10 pm. These measures will significantly improve our response time if quality issues occur, creating a more efficient production process.
Dinnie Jordan, Founder of Kudos Blends, said on the impact of the development, “Giving our factory personnel full responsibility for production through to QC release gives the team a real sense of responsibility and ownership. The team will also have the opportunity to learn new skills, which is an essential element of our business ethos and commitment to Investors in People. QC release will continue to be monitored by the technical team through regular independent assessment to ensure best practice is maintained.”
This new installation is part of several ongoing site improvements that will not only increase production efficiency and output, but also help to build on the great technical service and support we offer to our customers.
