As Kudos Blends continues to grow, we have recently welcomed two new additions to the team. Their experience, enthusiasm, and collaborative approach will help support the continued development of our operations and customer service.

Rob Williams (right) has joined us as Production Manager, working alongside Tilly Little, who is now Head of Operations. In his new role, Rob is overseeing the day-to-day running and development of our production and warehouse teams.

Rob brings extensive experience in operations and production management, having specialised in the food industry since 2010. He believes in being hands-on and fully involved with both his work and team – qualities that make him a natural leader. Outside of work, he applies the same passion and dedication to coaching endurance athletes while pursuing his own sporting interests.

Speaking about joining the business, Rob said he was pleased to become part of a group of “standout people” and had never experienced such a warm welcome into a team before. Already settling in well, he is eager to apply the tools, ideas, and experience gained throughout his career to further strengthen the production process.

“Kudos Blends is lively and exciting, with a great team. I look forward to supporting further progress”, Rob commented.

We have also recently welcomed Max Jones (left) to the team as Import/Export Specialist. Max joins Julie Mayall to expand our Import/Export team, helping to strengthen our supply chain while ensuring products reach customers safely and efficiently.

With previous experience as a logistics coordinator, along with logistics and transport qualifications from CILT (Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport), Max brings a strong foundation of industry knowledge and clear enthusiasm for the role.

Max is particularly looking forward to working within a collaborative environment – something he has already seen across Kudos Blends. He commented that “no one is pigeonholed and anyone I turned to for help, regardless of the subject, was able to answer my questions”.

He also praised the thorough induction process, which allowed him to spend time with every department and gain valuable insight into the research, production, and sales procedures, as well as the people behind them.

Max added, “Everyone is so knowledgeable and helpful, and I look forward to learning more about the products and processes.”

Rob and Max will both play an important role in supporting the continued growth and development of the Kudos Blends team, and we are excited to see the contribution they make in their new positions.
