The recent collaboration with US bakery ingredients company Thymly Products Inc., is just one such partnership that’s proving to be a huge success, with sales growing for the benefit of both parties.
Health initiatives at the forefront of Central American companies such as Mondelez, Grupo Bimbo and Gruma means that supply of our KODA™ potassium bicarbonate is increasingly needed in order to achieve sodium reduction targets in their baked goods without sacrificing product quality. This is supplied through our trusted partners, Lallemand in Mexico and Aromatic in Peru.
KMB’s current owners, Paul Hull, Kevin Jones and Jamie Warren, undertook a management buyout two and a half years ago. They all joined the industry straight from school, showing just what can be achieved with hard work and dedication. Congratulations to the team. A truly fantastic result!
