At Kudos Blends, we believe that investing in our people is key to building a stronger business. We’re pleased to announce two internal promotions within our Sales team, recognising the hard work and contribution of our colleagues, and driving both personal career growth and business success.
Lucy Willey (left), who has worked as a Bakery R&D Technologist with us since 2023, has moved into the new role of Sales and Bakery Specialist. Following the success of her technical sales support work, this role was a natural progression and will further strengthen the connection between our bakery and sales teams. Lucy will use her technical knowledge and industry experience to support customers throughout the commercial process.
Sam Smith (right) has been promoted to Senior Sales Coordinator. Recently, Sam has taken on additional responsibilities within the team, consistently demonstrating commitment, reliability and a willingness to support both customers and colleagues. Her promotion reflects the important role she plays within the business and the impact she continues to make across the Sales team.
