At Kudos Blends, recognising the people who keep our operations running at their best is incredibly important to us. We’re therefore delighted to share another round of well-earned internal promotions within our production facilities.
(l-r) Jamie Matts, Martin Collins (Bubble) and Ben Morrant have all stepped into new roles as Area Managers, following the outstanding contributions they’ve made as Production and Warehouse Supervisors.
Their new positions are in recognition of the greater responsibilities that Jamie, Bubble and Ben have taken on across the site – leading their teams, driving performance, and working collaboratively to plan resources around production demands.
These promotions are thoroughly deserved, and we’re excited to see the continued impact they will make in their new roles.
Tilly Little, Head of Operations, shared her thoughts: “It’s absolutely fantastic to see Ben, Jamie, and Bubble step into these new roles! Their hard work, energy and dedication have already made a tremendous impact across production, our warehouses, and, most importantly, the teams they lead. I’m so excited to watch them continue to grow, shine, and help drive even greater success for the wider production team.”
