Jo is a Bakery R&D Technologist at Kudos Blends, where her product development expertise and inquisitive mindset make her an invaluable member of our team.
After completing her degree in Food Technology and Product Development at Harper Adams University, Jo began her career in bakery manufacturing as an NPD Technologist. She quickly developed a broad skillset across recipe formulation, back-of-pack development, trend analysis, and product trials.
Having previously worked for a customer herself, she brings a valuable perspective on what matters most to them. This insight makes her an exceptional link between our team and our clients, helping to guide product development with empathy and understanding.
A natural problem-solver, Jo is always seeking to improve her skills and embraces every opportunity to learn, asking thoughtful questions along the way. One of her standout achievements at Kudos Blends was the successful development of our custom bakery facility, which she led from concept to completion with her signature understated capability and dry humour.
Jo’s Italian heritage plays a central role in her love of food and baking and has been a strong influence throughout her career. Outside of work, she enjoys riding her motorbike and spending time with her beloved cat, Beans.
