Emma manages dual roles at Kudos Blends as a bakery technologist and a member of the marketing team. With a unique combination of skills, she seamlessly combines a wealth of baking expertise with her creative flair and a keen eye for detail.
Following on from a background in primary education, she transitioned to food photography and recipe development in 2018 starting up her own business and creating content for major players in the UK food industry such as Morrisons, Mars, OddBox and Sainsburys, earning recognition from Nigella Lawson in the form of Nigella posting one of her recipes.
In the world of developing recipes and capturing images, where flavour and visual appeal take precedence, Emma can seamlessly apply these talents to her current position. She excels at understanding customers’ issues, identifying key pain points and communicating solutions effectively.
Born and raised in the picturesque Lake District, Emma spent five years in London before relocating to Shropshire in 2020. Outside of work, Emma is a keen hiker and enjoys crafting and cooking new and tasty dishes, but isn’t one to follow a recipe. She also grows her own fruit and vegetables and has four chickens that provide the tasty eggs for her cakes.
