Charlotte Rollings

Charlotte is the UK sales manager at Kudos Blends. Since joining the business in 2022, she has progressed from sales coordinator to key account manager and now UK sales manager, reflecting her dedication, growth, and commitment to delivering outstanding service to customers.

Charlotte has previous work experience in data analysis, and she graduated with a BA (Hons) in events management during the Covid-19 pandemic when all events were being cancelled. Despite the challenges, she excelled in her degree and even organised a successful charity event for the Make a Wish Foundation, relying entirely on her skills of communication and persuasion as there were no initial resources or funding available.

Family has been a profound influence on Charlotte’s career path, and she has found herself following in her father’s footsteps.  Her values and beliefs centre around the principle that one only gets out what they put in, underscoring the importance of dedication and hard work in achieving success. Charlotte excels in her role at Kudos Blends, bringing meticulous organisation, efficient time management, and strong commitment to responsive customer service.

Outside the office, Charlotte is passionate about animals and considers her two dogs and horse as part of her family. Her interests span a wide range of activities, from horse riding and dog walks to attending music events, collecting crystals and baking. Exercise is another cornerstone of her life, recognising its benefits for physical and mental well-being. She also has a love of exploration, and socialising drives her to explore new countries, broaden her horizons, and build meaningful connections.
