Natalie has been with the Kudos Blends technical department for 18 months, after achieving a first-class degree in Bakery and Patisserie Technology BSc (Hons) at University College Birmingham.
Natalie’s attention to detail and extensive product knowledge means she has been an invaluable addition to our bakery team and has become a driving force in the development of our new, revolutionary leavening systems. Having written her dissertation on free-from ingredients and their health and ecological impact, Natalie is sufficiently equipped to support our customers in creating healthier, more sustainable and better quality baked products.
